In 1947, Prosser realized the dream of having its own hospital when concerned area residents worked together to raise the $50,000 needed to build the hospital. Today, Prosser Memorial Health is proud to offer state of-the-art medical care in a rural setting-providing care to those from Sunnyside to Benton City.
The Foundation's Role
The Foundation offers a way for individuals to leave a personal legacy while assisting Prosser Memorial Health improve the healthcare in our community. Funds raised by the Foundation are dedicated to ensuring the hospital remains competitive through increased technology and the types of services and programs offered. The Foundation's goal is to build an endowment that will provide a sustained source of revenue for the hospital now and well into the future.

The Foundation accepts cash, gift annuities, securities, bequests, real estate, remainder trusts gifts, personal property, testamentary trust gifts, and life insurance.
