Caren Mercer-Andreasen

Women's Health Fund

Providing financial support to Prosser Memorial Health for equipment and services that focus on the care of women and their health issues.

Honoring

Caren Mercer-Andreasen was a shining example of how a woman could be strong yet creative, driven yet loving. This fund is named in her honor. Caren lost her battle with cancer in February 2004. We recognize her for her courageous spirit, knowing she fought cancer with the same strength of heart she used to tackle all that life had to offer. She was a wife, mother, friend, sister, daughter, grandmother, business woman, and Prosser community advocate. She was a gentle, fun loving woman and she is missed.

Supporting

The Caren Mercer-Andreasen Women's Health Fund
has been established to provide financial support for equipment and services that focus on the care of women and their health issues. Illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis, just to name a few, are diseases touching the lives of women and their families every day.

Our objective is to provide financial assistance to Prosser Memorial Health as it works with local area healthcare providers as they pursue new treatment options for women's health issues. Our efforts will bring additional care and resources to patients of Prosser Memorial Health.
